The Leica AM TIRF MC platform is capable of TIRF imaging of live cell cultures grown in glass bottom dishes. It is capable of automated alignment, has an adjustable TIRF depth, can image up to four channels, and is equipped with an environmental chamber for temperature, CO2, and humidity control.
