MISSION - to support nutritional research as an integrated component of the Center by designing, preparing, and serving meals to meet study-specific criteria and produce valid scientific results.

In addition to routine 'standard' diets, the Research Kitchen provides meals that meet the requirements of each study protocol. The Research Kitchen also works closely with the Inpatient Unit and Ingestive Behavior Laboratory, providing meals to these testing areas.
