Services Provided

As a core facility at the Pennington Center, our services are available for Pennington faculty. Outside investigators must collaborate with a Pennington faculty member in an endeavor of mutual scientific interest. The Research Kitchen is a working laboratory and is not for personal use. Research grants fund personnel, food, and supplies.
