Slow Cooker Stuffed Apples

  1. Wash apples. Use a pairing knife to core apples. Pair off a 1 inch strip of skin around the top of the apple to prevent the apples from splitting.
  2. Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, coconut oil, and pecans together in a large bowl and then stuff each apple with the mixture.
  3. Place each apple in the crockpot and pour the apple juice in the bottom of the pot. Drizzle the tops of the apples with honey to taste.
  4. Turn crockpot on high heat and cook for 2 ½ -3 hours until apples are soft.
  5. Enjoy!
