Macadamia Pesto
Makes about 12 - 2 Tbsp servings

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil
- ½ cup macadamia nuts (can also use almonds or pistachios)
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Add all ingredients except the parmesan cheese to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Add the parmesan cheese and pulse a couple of times until incorporated
