"Energy Bites"

each serving (one bite) is 97 kcals, 2.6g fat, 9.5g carbohydrate, 2.0g fiber, 2.6g protein
Ingredients
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- ½ cup Almond Butter
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder
- ¼ cup Protein powder of choice (we used unflavored)
- ½ cup Ground Flax seed
- ¼ cup Semisweet Chocolate chips (mini size if possible)
- 1/8 cup Unsweetened Coconut flakes or chips
- ¼ cup Almonds, chopped
- ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Molasses
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Form mixture into small balls about 1 tbsp. each.
- Place bites into a container lined with parchment or wax paper and layer bites with paper in between layers to prevent sticking.
- Store at room temperature for immediate use or refrigerate. You can also freeze the bites for future use.
