Cookie Dough Dip (Dessert Hummus)
Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- ½ cup almond butter or natural creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup agave nectar or maple syrup

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Drain and rinse the can of chickpeas.
- In a food processor or blender combine the chickpeas, almond butter or peanut butter, and the agave nectar or maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve with apple slices, baby carrots, graham crackers, or fruit kabobs.
