A fun snack alternative to chips or nuts, this crunchy chickpea recipe is a great way to mix up your regular snack routine! Protein and fiber from the chickpeas and healthy fats from olive oil provide a filling and nutritious, yet fairly low calorie snack. We suggest using our delicious Cajun seasoning spice blend, but these chickpeas can be prepared using the same technique with any spices you desire!

  2. Place the chickpeas into a bowl, pour the olive oil on top, and toss to coat.
  3. Combine the spices and add them to the bowl, tossing the chickpeas until uniformly coated.
  4. Spread the chickpeas onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until crunchy.
