Cajun Roasted Okra

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Add okra to a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour olive oil and seasoning over the okra and toss until
    they are fully coated.
  4. Spread the okra on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast for 30-40 minutes, until okra are soft and brown.
  6. If desired, add additional
    seasoning to taste.
